Windows 7 Pro 32 bit can not get screen saver to work

I am running dual monitors and I downloaded a trial version of Display Fusion to try and have a screen saver on both monitors. The software would not work the way I liked so I uninstalled. Since uninstalling the Screen saver does not work. It will only work in preview mode. I have the mintunes set to 3 and have used one for testing purposed. I am using a wireless mouse and keyboard but the screen saver did work before with the mouse and keyboard by the windows management software.

I have run several Cleaners to get rid of the Display fusion and it seems to have got rid of all of it. However, I still can not get screen saver to work.

Step 2:

I suggest you to put the computer in clean boot state from safe mode and then boot to normal mode and check.
