What to take into consideration when changing a servers timezone

I have a few Ubuntu 14.04 servers, which are running Apache,MySQL,Postfix,Dovecot and ntpd ...

And need to change the timezone from BST to UTC, which I will do using:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata

Is there anything I need to monitor, or be aware of after the change? Or are there things I should do before changing the timezone? Or am I just being a paranoid sandwich?

The only real understanding I have of system time, is that something may go wrong if some services are out of time sync ... Or that the server might go funny if it finds files that have a future time stamp ... But that's as much as I know ...
