	The author, KYONG MYONG LEE, holds a 9th degree TAEKWONDO black belt and has an honorary doctorate degree in physical education. LEE trained people in his art for over 20 years in Europe and now he is the deputy secretary general of the WORLD TAEKWONDO FEDERATION, headquarter of TAEKWONDO in Seoul, Korea.
