Load Balancer which is built on CPU\GPU usage

Could anybody know some project which is supported a custom dynamically calculation of nodes weights? I try to find some solution which can balancing requests per instances by CPU\GPU usage on each instance. I investigated to Linux Virtual Server(LVS),HAProxy and Nginx, but I didn't find any examples for my case.
