Junk email in my inbox even though filter is exclusive

I'm getting all sorts of junk in my inbox even tho my filter is exclusive. Started about a week ago and no I don't want to sit here AFTER I get the junk and type individual addresses into blocked sender list.

Fix it please and I can't see m to private message my email address (as stated in previous posts about the same subject)
